Job summary

Ontario Native Women's Association (ONWA) is seeking an Indigenous Anti-Human Trafficking Development Coordinator to support capacity building, resource development, and system collaboration across Ontario.

Reporting to the Community Development Manager, the role involves developing training resources and awareness initiatives that support culturally informed, trauma-informed services for Indigenous survivors of human trafficking, working with communities and partner organizations.

Qualifications

• A post-secondary credential in social sciences or Indigenous studies or related field.
• Minimum five years in community service delivery or project coordination.
• Experience developing educational resources, workshops, awareness materials, and community-based tools.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating partnerships, networks, and collaborative initiatives.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and anti-trafficking issues is preferred.

Responsibilities
