Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented with a focus on safety and site cleanliness.
• Experience using basic hand tools and equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Repair meters, change batteries, replace receipt rolls and signage.
• Sweep garage entrance/exit lanes and monitor high traffic areas.
• Pickup litter, wipe signage and equipment, and empty garbage receptacles.
• Do minor snow clearing and address icy patches.
• Report safety concerns or structural damage and assist with fence repairs.
