Director of Million Miles Dispatch Services

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Independent Freight Broker to join our logistics network. This is a commission-based opportunity for driven professionals looking to work independently while benefiting from a supportive team structure.

Responsibilities:

1. Fully remote and commission-based position.
2. The company does not provide a customer list or access to current customer databases. You are responsible for finding and bringing your own customers.
3. Prospect and build relationships with shippers and carriers.
4. Negotiate rates and manage freight shipments from pickup to delivery.
5. Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
6. Handle all communication between shippers and carriers.
7. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a freight broker or logistics coordinator.
2. Existing book of business or strong carrier/shipping contacts (preferred).
3. Knowledge of freight management systems (TMS) and load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.).
4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
5. Must be self-motivated and results-driven.

Compensation:

1. Commission-based.
2. Flexible schedule – work from home.
