Job summary

Claio is seeking an independent sales partner to represent our AI dental solutions in Saskatchewan and Manitoba. You’ll run your own business, set your schedule, and travel within the territory; we provide product training, samples, marketing materials, and lead support.

Introduce and sell to dentists, DSOs, and labs, attend meetings and trade shows, and earn competitive commissions with renewal bonuses. Build a strong network while expanding Claio’s presence in Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental sales experience, as an independent agent or with a manufacturer or distributor.
• Active network of dental offices in Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
• Current portfolio of complementary lines (please list them for conflict check).
• Strong product-demo and presentation skills, and comfort with technical or clinical conversations.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Introduce and sell Claio products to general dentists, specialists, DSOs, and labs.
• Leverage relationships to win new accounts via visits, demos, and lunch-and-learns.
• Represent Claio at study clubs, regional dental meetings, and trade shows.
• Provide monthly activity and pipeline updates and market feedback.

Claio is a Montréal-based AI platform built for dental and healthcare practices. More than 400 practices across North America use Claio to answer patient calls, fill their schedules, and cut time spent on clinical notes. Clinicians report saving an average of 8+ hours a week on documentation.

Our solutions:

• AI Front Desk: answers patient calls 24/7, including nights and weekends. It books and reschedules appointments directly in the practice management system and hands calls to staff when needed.
• AI Scribe: turns patient conversations into structured clinical notes in the practice’s own templates and sends them straight to the practice management system. It can transcribe dozens of languages and then create notes in English, French, and Spanish.

Our ecosystem: Claio plugs into the tools practices already use, with integrations into 17+ practice management systems, including Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, MacPractice, and Dentitek. Claio was developed within the Manos Software Group and is backed by Valsoft Corporation, a Canadian company that builds and acquires vertical market software. We’re building a network of independent agents to grow our presence in Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

The role

You’ll represent our product line to dental practices, DSOs, and labs in your territory, alongside other complementary, non-competing lines you already carry. You run your own business and set your own schedule.

We provide product training, samples, marketing materials, and lead support.

What you’ll do

• Introduce and sell our products to general dentists, specialists, DSOs, and labs.
• Build on your existing relationships and open new accounts through office visits, demos, and lunch-and-learns.
• Represent us at study clubs, regional dental meetings, and trade shows.
• Share monthly activity and pipeline updates, and pass along market feedback.

Not just dental: Claio also serves medical practices, so you’re free to reach out to clinics in every medical specialty, from family medicine to specialist practices.

• 5+ years of dental sales experience, as an independent agent or with a manufacturer or distributor.
• An active network of dental offices in Saskatchewan and Manitoba. The territory is exclusive to you among independent agents, though Claio’s in-house reps may also sell there.
• A current portfolio of complementary lines (please list them so we can confirm there’s no conflict).
• Strong product-demo and presentation skills, and comfort with technical or clinical conversations.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the territory.

• Commission: Competitive commission rate on new bookings, paid quarterly and uncapped.
• Optional extras: An ongoing percentage bonus on subscription renewals and reorders from the accounts you sign.
• Support: product training, demo samples, marketing materials, and leads from our website / trade shows / distributor partners.
• Expenses: Claio provides demo accounts, marketing materials, and product training, and covers booth fees for Saskatchewan and Manitoba dental events we ask you to attend (e.g. the Saskatchewan Dental Conference or the Manitoba Dental Association Annual Convention). Out-of-territory travel we request is covered. You cover your own in-territory travel, phone, and office costs.
