The role covers a broad range of commercial and project‑related matters, including development, acquisitions, EPC and O&M issues, with a focus on practical, business‑minded legal solutions.

Competenze
- Experience supporting complex commercial transactions and contracting matters.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills for sophisticated agreements.
- Experience advising on project development, construction, or industrial matters.
- Sound business judgement and pragmatic, solutions‑oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management in a business‑facing role.

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Advising on project development and acquisition activities.
