Job summary

CBI Health is seeking a Community Occupational Therapist to join our Northeastern Ontario team as an Independent Contractor. You’ll provide client‑centred OT services across Complex Auto and Traumatic Psychological Injury programs.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, discharge coordination, and return‑to‑work processes, with collaboration across local and national teams. Ontario OT registration, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for high‑quality client care are

Qualifications

• Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Strong clinical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.
• Coordinate discharge and return-to-work processes with stakeholders.
• Deliver OT services across Complex Auto and Traumatic Psychological Injury programs.
• Collaborate with local and national teams to achieve client outcomes.
