Job summary

CBI Health Group in Windsor, Ontario, is seeking a Community Occupational Therapist for the Complex Auto program. You will assess and treat clients in homes, clinics, and community settings, guiding them from the acute stage to return to pre‑MVA function with comprehensive, client‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
• Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle; travel up to 1-1.5 hours radius.
• Willingness to provide in-vivo OT treatment in homes, workplaces, and the community.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience in the private sector, particularly auto sector legislation, is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home and community assessments.
• Conduct ergonomic and cognitive rehabilitation interventions.
• Provide mental health support and treatment.
• Deliver start-to-finish care from acute stages to return to pre-MVA function.
