Job summary

Saanich Schools is seeking candidates for an on-call position to support our instructional teams during the school year. The role allows up to 27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, for ten months while regular classes are in session.

Pay rate is $26.33 per hour. Mandatory paid training will run five days per week, 5.5 hours per day, from October 2 to October 8, 2026, followed by a five-day practicum from October 9 to October 16, excluding October 12.

Qualifications

• This is an on-call position working on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours.
• Candidate should be available to work up to 27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10 months per year.
