Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Technology Incident Management professional in Ontario with 4–6+ years of hands-on Incident Management, ITSM, and governance experience. The role emphasizes incident detection, escalation, restoration, stakeholder communications, and post-incident reviews.

The position is hybrid, requiring 2 days in the Scarborough or Barrie offices, with a focus on governance, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement across enterprise incident practices.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in Technology Incident Management, ITSM, or Incident Governance.
• Experience with Incident Management lifecycle including triage, escalation, restoration, and post-incident review.
• Proficient in developing, monitoring and reporting Incident Management metrics and governance in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Supports and maintains the Incident Management and Governance framework enterprise-wide.
• Produces governance metrics, KPIs, and reporting; leads or supports trend analysis and continuous improvement.
• Partners with Major Incident Managers, Technology teams, Risk and Audit to apply consistent incident governance.
