Job description

Our team is seeking our next Inbound Sales and Customer Representative to join our Montreal team.

No cold calling! As an Inbound Sales and Customer Representative, you will be taking calls from existing clients who are looking to activate their credit card. This position consistent of role is to ensure our clients are getting the best value from their services; therefore, we want to ensure we offer them additional optional product to match their need.

WHAT WE OFFER OUR TEAMS:

  • Hybrid work model: We require 1 day a week in our Montreal office. Why? Because when you join Fairstone, you not only join a team, but you also join a family that wants to succeed! (3 days during the first few weeks of training purposes).

  • Competitive base salary, with multiple incentive programs to increase your total compensation.

  • We offer 21 paid days a year: 3 weeks’ vacation and an additional of 6 wellness days off.

  • Up to 6 % pension program: Company will put a 3% into a RESP account, and an additional, up to 3% to match your contribution.

  • Comprehensive benefit package: Dental and medical benefits adjustable to your needs (with access to virtual healthcare)

IN ADDITION, WE OFFER SHIFT PREMIUMS AND FLEXIBLE SHIFTS !

  • 10% shift premium (of regular hourly rate) will be paid for all hours worked 50% or more of the total hours worked Monday to Friday outside of outside your 8am - 5:00pm

  • AND 10% shift premium (of regular hourly rate) will be paid for all hours worked on Saturdays.

Operating hours are wonderful! Monday – Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 9am – 5pm

YOUR ROLE AS A FAIRSTONE REPRESENTATIVE:

  • Strive to understand customer’s situation and recognize the customer’s needs

  • Maintain a high level of competitive and product knowledge

  • Provide quality service that will exceed customer expectations

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality

  • Accurately document customer interactions within the appropriate systems

  • Apply techniques offered in training and ongoing coaching for continuous improvement towards sales and performance targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be able to communicate and write fluently in both French and English. We service Clients across Canada which requires proficiency in both languages. (50% English and French)

  • Self-motivated in an independent work environment

  • Solid computer skills and an aptitude for learning new software

  • An understanding of credit cards is an asset

  • More importantly: Maintain a positive supportive attitude and help to maintain a gratifying work atmosphere with strong sense of ethics!
