About the Role: Inbound Contact Centre Agent

As a Contact Centre Agent, you will:

  • Assist Costco members with inquiries about online orders, deliveries, and website navigation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with a courteous and professional approach.
  • Document interactions in the system, including membership records and call resolutions.
  • Liaise between members, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues.
  • Use problem-solving skills to handle member concerns and escalate cases when necessary.
  • Meet daily inbound contact goals while ensuring consistency in communication.

This role requires active listening skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
