Job summary

Walmart Canada in Calgary seeks a dedicated inbound compliance coordinator to oversee data entry and root-cause research on non-compliance issues at Receiving Docks. You will train DC staff on the inbound process, maintain forms and issue-resolution workflows, and support multiple distribution centers in the region.

The role emphasizes auditing, documentation, and cross-dc collaboration to improve cost recovery and regulatory compliance across the network.

Responsibilities

• Actively present on Receiving Docks to audit Inbound Loads, confirm compliance standards are met and forms are filled out if loads are found to be Non-compliant.
• Complete research and data entry for PO, Supplier Manual and Late/ No show Non-Compliance.
• Research freight that has been deemed as “Problem” and communicates resolution (receive/ return).
• Print and prepare paperwork and/or freight for receipt, donation, destruction, or return to vendor.
• Attend DC “start ups” to communicate IBC updates and raise awareness of IBC/Cost Recovery program. Train associates to understand the Inbound Compliance/Cost recovery program.
• Create and distribute Remedy / Excel Reports as required.
• Research, add, and activate PO lines as required in WM system (Host).
• Support other DCs (HVDC, PDC & RDC) within the local region as required.
