Kognitive Sales Solutions is growing its in-store sales team and we are looking for driven, personable individuals who thrive in a retail environment. In this role you will work inside a major Canadian retailer, meeting customers where they shop and helping them discover a financial product from one of Canada's trusted brands.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face sales in-store experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and active listening.
• Ability to meet targets with confidence and drive.
• Criminal and credit background checks may be required.
• Vehicle or driver's license is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through features and value of our client's credit products.
• Ask the right questions to understand each customer's situation and make a relevant recommendation.
• Serve as the product authority inside the store, knowledgeable, approachable, and credible.
• Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets while championing the client brand.
• Create positive interactions that leave customers feeling well-served.
• Adapt engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers throughout the day.
• Develop reliable partnerships with store staff.
• Safeguard customer data and maintain confidentiality in every interaction.
• Travel to and support multiple store locations across the assigned territory as needed.

Compensation

• Base wage $17.50 plus uncapped commission

• Permanent full-time or part-time positions available
