Kognitive Sales Solutions is growing its in-store sales team at a major Canadian retailer, meeting customers where they shop and guiding them to a financial product from a trusted Canadian brand.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through features and value of our client's credit card products.
• Ask the right questions to understand each customer's situation and make relevant recommendations.
• Serve as the product authority inside the store, credible and approachable.
• Meet and surpass personal sales targets while representing the client brand.
• Travel to and support multiple store locations across the assigned territory as needed.
