Job summary

Qualifications

• Outgoing, confident and enjoys meeting people.
• Goal-oriented with a targets-driven mindset.
• Clear, compelling communicators who listen actively.
• Hold confidentiality to a high ethical standard.
• Willing to complete a criminal and credit background check.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a bonus; drive and attitude matter.
• A vehicle or driver's license is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through the features and value of the credit card products.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and make relevant recommendations.
• Serve as the product authority—be knowledgeable, approachable and credible.
• Meet and surpass personal sales targets while representing the client brand.
• Create positive interactions that leave customers well-served.
• Adapt engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers.
• Develop partnerships with store staff.
• Safeguard customer data and maintain confidentiality.
• Travel to support multiple store locations across the territory as needed.
