Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring an in-store & online technical service representative to join our retail team. In this role you’ll troubleshoot, upgrade, set up and repair customers’ computers in-store and provide top‑notch online tech support.

You’ll work with a friendly, inclusive team, enjoy flexible schedules, employee discounts on tech, comprehensive benefits and training programs to gain new certifications and grow your career with us.

Qualifications
