Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring for a technical service representative, or service agent, to care for our customers' service and repair needs. No experience required; training will be provided to help you assist customers and grow within our retail team.

You will create an exceptional service desk experience, help with delivery and home installations, and support fleet and equipment maintenance, while contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture and ongoing skills development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's licence with a clean drivers abstract.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
• Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment.
