Job summary

Your Independent Grocer is seeking Store Colleagues to help deliver a positive in-store shopping experience. You will stock shelves, assist customers, and support promotions while maintaining safety and cleanliness across the department.

No experience is required; training is provided. Candidates should be flexible to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends, and be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Flexibility to work across departments and hours (days, evenings, weekends).
• Able to move up to 50lbs and be on the move during shifts.
• Criminal background check required for candidates 18+.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by keeping shelves stocked and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with inventory and ordering needs.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
