Your Independent Grocer in Canada is seeking Store Colleagues to help provide a positive in-store shopping experience. You will keep shelves stocked, assist customers, and participate in promotions while upholding health and safety standards.

No prior experience is required; we provide training to set you up for success. Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends is expected; you may lift up to 50lbs as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
