Job summary

Your Independent Grocer—part of Loblaw Companies Limited—is seeking Store Colleagues to deliver friendly, efficient service, stock shelves, and keep displays aligned with company standards. You’ll help ensure accurate scanning, respond to customer needs, and support promotions in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience required; training is provided. You should be flexible to work various shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain a clean, safe department.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
