Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring Sales Representatives to represent one of Canada's most trusted financial brands inside major retail locations. You will engage customers, educate them on credit card products, and guide them toward applications.

This role offers a base hourly wage of 17.95 plus uncapped commission, with both full-time and part-time opportunities. Flexible scheduling across multiple stores and ongoing coaching support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financial product (Credit Cards) in a clear, relatable way
• Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle
• Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource
• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations
• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application
• Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day
• Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations
• Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality
• Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require
