Job summary

KognitiveSales Solutions is hiring Retail Sales Consultants across Canada to represent one of the country's most trusted financial brands inside major retail locations. This is a people-first role where your ability to engage, educate, and inspire action makes all the difference.

Base wage is $18.25/hr plus uncapped commission with full-time or part-time opportunities. Flexible scheduling from 9am–9pm, across multiple stores, requiring professional handling of confidential customer information.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an asset, not required.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable with sales goals and targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financial product (Credit Cards) in a clear, relatable way.
• Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle.
• Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource.
• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations.
• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application.
• Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day.
• Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations.
• Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality.
• Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require.
