Responsibilities

• Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financial product (Credit Cards).
• Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that fits their lifestyle.
• Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource.
• Drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition through meaningful conversations.
• Deliver a consistent, outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application.
• Build relationships with store teams across assigned locations.
• Flex across multiple store locations within your region as needed.
