Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking motivated field marketing representatives to educate customers about President’s Choice Financial products in-store. You will engage shoppers, understand needs, and recommend the right solutions while driving sales and brand awareness.

Successful candidates are outbound, personable, with 1+ year sales experience, and comfortable with targets. Fully paid training and ongoing coaching accompany a competitive base plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in a financial or retail setting is an asset.
• Outgoing, personable with strong listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable with sales targets and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on President’s Choice Financial products in-store.
• Understand customer needs to make appropriate recommendations.
• Offer expert product knowledge and guidance to drive sales.
• Build brand awareness and advocacy for the client’s products in the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• Create excitement around product offerings and act as a brand ambassador.
