Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions in Canada is hiring Field Sales Representatives to educate customers in-store about credit card products from a trusted national brand. You will drive sales, build brand awareness, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality of customer information.

We offer flexible schedules (permanent PT or FT) with paid training and ongoing coaching. A competitive base wage plus commission applies, with uncapped earnings potential for those who excel.

Qualifications

• 1 yr+ experience in sales in financial or retail (asset).
• Comfortable with sales targets and achieving goals.
• Outgoing, personable with strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the features and benefits of financial products within the store.
• Understand customers' needs to make appropriate recommendations.
• Offer expert advice and product knowledge to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Build positive relationships with store personnel and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Create excitement around the product offering as a brand advocate.
