Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is expanding its in-store sales team in Canada, seeking driven individuals to meet customers where they shop and promote credit card products from trusted brands. You will work inside major retailers, earning base pay plus uncapped commission, with comprehensive training and ongoing coaching.

The role emphasizes face-to-face engagement, targets, and confidentiality, with the potential to travel across multiple store locations within the territory.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle customer data securely.
• Driver's license is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and explain features and value of credit card products.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Act as the product authority in-store, being credible and approachable.
• Meet and strive to exceed personal sales targets while representing the client brand.
• Travel to support multiple store locations within the assigned territory as needed.
• Develop positive relationships with store staff and maintain confidentiality.
