Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is growing its in-store/GAS Station sales team and we are looking for driven, personable individuals who thrive in a retail environment. In this role you will work inside a major Canadian retailer, meeting customers where they shop and helping them discover a financial product from one of Canada's trusted brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is valuable and attitude matters.
• Able to travel to multiple store locations as needed.
• Confidential handling of customer data and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and walk them through the features and value of our client's credit card products.
• Serve as the product authority inside the store, knowledgeable, approachable, and credible.
• Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets while championing the client brand.
• Create positive, memorable interactions that leave customers feeling well-served.
• Adapt engagement style to connect with a wide variety of customers throughout the day.
• Safeguard customer data and maintain strict confidentiality in every interaction.
