Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador in Oshawa to bring the brand to life and create an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll represent AE, build loyalty with guests, and share product knowledge to drive sales.

You’ll engage with customers, explain the AE loyalty program, and work across Salesfloor, Fitting Room, and Stockroom while staying flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, helpful approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and offer tailored suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold AE policies and procedures with integrity.
