Job summary

You will prepare and distribute samples, educate customers and help build brand awareness with friendly, proactive interactions.

Responsibilities

• Represent Brands professionally at in-store roadshows and demos.
• Prepare, portion, and distribute product samples per safety standards.
• Engage customers, explain benefits, ingredients and usage.
• Create excitement and buzz through proactive interactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized demo station.
• Follow all store, brand, and food safety guidelines.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of demo stations.
• Provide basic feedback after demo shifts as required.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking energetic,outgoing, and customer‑focused Brand Ambassadors to represent Brandsat in-store roadshows and product demonstrations in various locations acrossthe country.

This role is ideal forindividuals who are passionate about health, wellness, and nutrition, enjoyengaging with people, and can confidently create excitement around a premiumconsumer brand. Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for preparing and distributingproduct samples, educating customers, and driving brand awareness throughpositive, high‑energy interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Brands professionally andenthusiastically at in-store roadshows and demos
• Prepare, portion, and distribute product samples inaccordance with food safety standards
• Engage customers in conversation, explain productbenefits, ingredients, and usage, and answer questions confidently
• Create excitement and “buzz” around the brandthrough friendly, proactive customer interaction
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised demostation at all times
• Follow all Store, brand, and food safety guidelines
• Assist with setup and breakdown of demo stations asrequired
• Provide basic feedback or reporting after demoshifts (as required)

Required Skills &Experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, outgoing personality with a naturalability to engage customers
• Customer service, sales, promotions, or brandambassador experience is an asset
• Ability to work independently while representingthe brand consistently and professionally
• Comfortable standing for extended periods andperforming light physical tasks (e.g., lifting demo supplies)

Availability Requirements

• Ability to work weekdays and/or weekends, basedon demo schedules
• Flexibility to work varying hours depending onstore and roadshow requirements
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned storelocations

Certifications &Compliance

• Valid Food Safety Certificate (advantageous)
• Willingness to comply with background checkrequirements where applicable
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country
