Dialogue is looking for independent licensed professionals with an in-person practice in Canada to contribute to our mission of helping people improve their well-being.

As a provider within our EAP network, you will receive client case referrals based on demand in your area, with no guaranteed number of referrals. Join our exceptional team delivering high-quality care to millions of Canadians requiring in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• University degree in a field related to counselling (e.g., psychology, social work, psychoeducation, career counselling, sexology, criminology).
• A professional license and a valid professional insurance.
• Access to an office in Canada to provide in-person sessions.
• Experience with or an interest in providing short-term counselling.
• Experience providing intervention or coaching services to couples, families, or individuals aged 14 and older (an asset).
• A good knowledge of community resources (an asset).

Responsibilities

• Receiving client case referrals based on demand in your area.
• Providing consultations using a short-term, solution and goal-focused approach to various clients consulting for different mental health-related topics.
• Helping clients identify, understand, and overcome personal challenges and achieve their individual objectives.
• Empowering clients to talk openly about their challenges and creating a judgment-free environment.
• Assisting clients in finding external resources complementary to our services (if needed).
