Job summary

Great Value Hiring seeks an experienced In-House Counsel in Canada to oversee AI-enhanced contract review. You will simulate negotiations, assess AI responses, and create rigorous evaluation frameworks for MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and Derivatives.

Candidates need 3+ years in-house tech transactions, outstanding writing and verbal skills, and the ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems; compensation is task-based at CAD 90–130 per hour, with an average task time

Qualifications

Compensation Structure

Compensation is task-based, meaning experts are paid per completed task that meets the project specifications. The average handling time (AHT) is approximately 3.5 hours per task, and the effective hourly rate will depend on the number of tasks completed and successfully signed off.
