Job summary

Sunrun in Canada seeks a Field Sales Consultant to self-generate leads and present in-home solar solutions. You will build relationships, conduct in-home presentations, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to installation. Expect commissions, performance incentives, and strong earning potential.

Travel within the local market is required with flexible hours to accommodate homeowner schedules. A proven track record in sales and CRM utilization will support success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience; in-home sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to partner cross-functionally when addressing customer needs.
• Willingness to travel within local market and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Comfort with technology and multiple software applications; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate sales strategies, leads, and appointments with potential customers.
• Present in-home solar products and services from initial contact through installation and after activation.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and assess customer knowledge and needs.
• Manage pipeline from prospect to install and follow up on all leads.
• Disposit and report outcomes via CRM tool.
• Meet minimum sales targets set by leadership.
