Job summary

Southern National Roofing is seeking in-home sales closers and sales representatives who can close high-ticket roofing deals. All appointments are pre-qualified and scheduled by an in-house team, allowing you to focus on closing.

Top performers earn substantial commission with a guaranteed training period. This role targets experienced sales professionals from car or retail sales, account management, or inside sales, who thrive in commission-based environments and want higher income potential

Qualifications

• 3 years of outside sales experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to establish rapport and foster trust with customers.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
• Open to coaching and eager to acquire new skills.
• Self-discipline and high motivation for financial success.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 8–12 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week.
• Close sales and achieve sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Attend trainings and stay up-to-date on company products and services.
• Drive to pre-set appointments with no cold calling or door knocking required.
• Complete a paid two-week training program with the sales training team.
• Attend regular sales meetings.
