Job summary

ParaMed Home Health Care is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our home and community care team in Ontario. You will support patients at their homes by assisting with daily living activities and encouraging independence.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PSW certificate.
• Demonstrated compassion and care for patients.
• Reliable and flexible with schedules.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting and peri-care.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks as per care plan.
