Job summary

Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a self-motivated Home Comfort Advisor (HCA) to drive in-home sales of HVAC solutions in Canada. This 100% commission-based role rewards performance with uncapped earnings, company-generated appointments, and strong training.

You’ll educate homeowners, tailor recommendations to comfort, efficiency, and budget, and build lasting relationships while meeting or exceeding sales targets. Training provided, career growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2C sales experience preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Comfort using basic computer systems and CRM tools.
• Flexible to work days, evenings, and occasional weekends.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to assess comfort goals, efficiency needs, budget, and home layout.
• Recommend HVAC solutions balancing performance, value, energy efficiency, and reliability.
• Explain options, pricing, financing, warranties, rebates, and energy savings.
• Handle company-generated appointments and referrals to grow pipeline.
• Maintain sales pipeline with follow-up and CRM updates.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through ethical selling.
• Collaborate with branch teams, technicians, and operations for smooth handoff.
