Job summary

Bath Tune-Up South Calgary is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to design exceptional bathroom spaces and deliver professional, consistent service to renovation clients.

You will meet homeowners in their homes, understand goals, review budgets, prepare quotes, and guide clients through pricing and selections. Training is paid and commissions are uncapped, with bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience.
• Experience selling bathroom renovations, kitchen renovations, home improvement, construction, flooring, windows, or luxury goods/services.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Confident presenting pricing and renovation options to homeowners.
• Ability to build trust and guide clients through decisions.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a commission-based role.

Join the Bath Tune-Up South Calgary team as an In-Home Sales Consultant. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing exceptional bathroom spaces while delivering a high level of professionalism and consistency to our renovation clients.

Your Responsibilities

As an In-Home Sales Consultant, your day will involve meeting homeowners in their homes, understanding their bathroom renovation goals, reviewing their style preferences and budget, and helping them choose the right renovation solution. You will prepare and present quotes, update designs and selections based on client feedback, follow up with leads, and maintain clear communication throughout the sales process. You will also collect project details, photos, and documentation to ensure a smooth handoff to the project manager once a project is sold.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience
• Experience selling bathroom renovations, kitchen renovations, home improvement, construction, flooring, windows, other renovation-related services, and/or luxury goods or services
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Confidence presenting pricing and renovation options to homeowners
