Job summary

Bath Tune-Up South Calgary is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to design exceptional bathroom spaces and deliver professional, consistent service to renovation clients.

You will meet homeowners in their homes, understand goals, review budgets, prepare quotes, and guide clients through pricing and selections. Training is paid and commissions are uncapped, with bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience.
• Experience selling bathroom renovations, kitchen renovations, home improvement, construction, flooring, windows, or luxury goods/services.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Confident presenting pricing and renovation options to homeowners.
• Ability to build trust and guide clients through decisions.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a commission-based role.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in their homes to understand renovation goals, style preferences and budget.
• Prepare and present quotes and update designs based on client feedback.
• Follow up with leads and maintain clear communication throughout the sales process.
• Collect project details, photos and documentation for a smooth handoff to the project manager after sale.
