  • Monitoring for compliance and/or changes in applicable or relevant documents to maintain continual adherence to regulatory and IOSA standards and procedures. This includes IOSA, TCCA, FAA, CARs, and other applicable industry standards.
  • Completing compliance reviews of the Flight Attendant Manual and training program amendments before submission to Transport Canada.
  • Administering the Training Monitoring Program and providing recommendations to the Manager, In-Flight Training, to enhance flight attendant training effectiveness and engagement.
  • Assisting the Manager, Cabin Safety, with activities related to the entry into service of new aircraft. Acting as a subject matter expert on the addition of new aircraft and/or types to the fleet.
  • Creating, documenting, and maintaining key in-flight quality processes in the In-Flight Operations Process and Procedures Manual.
  • Actively contributing to a culture of continual improvement in cabin safety.
