Job summary

One Silicon Chip Photonics (OSCP) is seeking engineers to drive IMU products from R&D to production. You will own subsystems and codebases, bring designs to production, and support customer integrations across drones, robotics, vehicles, and vessels.

A collaborative, hands-on role in a small team will require strong C/C++ and/or Python skills and a track record of shipping real products. Montréal-based, OSCP develops on-chip photonics IMUs for GNSS-denied environments.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to ship products or code that customers rely on.
• Degree or diploma in engineering/physics or related field, or equivalent portfolio.
• Strong C/C++ and/or Python programming skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a slice of the product end to end: subsystem, codebase, or process.
• Take designs from prototype to production as we scale.
• Test, measure, and iterate on real hardware in the lab.
• Support customer integrations: work ends up on drones, robots, vehicles, and vessels.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and test engineers.
• Document designs, drivers, and procedures to enable scale.
