We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end software implementations for clinical laboratories, from planning through go-live and stabilization.

The role emphasizes strong project management, technical proficiency, and customer relationship skills within a growing healthcare technology organization. You will manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.

• 4+ years of experience managing customer-facing software implementations, onboarding, or technical delivery projects in a B2B environment.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and managing competing priorities.
• Ability to understand software integrations, technical requirements, and implementation dependencies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage project risks, negotiate scope, and make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end software implementations from planning through go-live and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, leading project meetings and managing expectations.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and vendors to coordinate deliverables.
• Oversee system integrations, including LIS, EMR, and HL7/FHIR interfaces.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, blockers, and delays, and proactively address them.
• Manage scope changes and change orders to meet customer needs.
• Oversee go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization and transition to Customer Success.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and resource efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end software implementations for clinical laboratories, from planning through go-live and stabilization. The ideal candidate brings strong project management, technical proficiency, and customer relationship skills to deliver successful implementations and improve processes within a growing healthcare technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans, project timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, leading project meetings, providing status updates, and managing expectations throughout implementation.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and third-party vendors to coordinate deliverables and resolve technical challenges.
• Oversee system integrations, including laboratory instruments, EMRs, and HL7/FHIR interfaces.
• Identify project risks, manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and proactively address potential delays.
• Manage scope changes, evaluate project trade-offs, and coordinate change orders when necessary.
• Oversee go-live activities, post-implementation stabilization, and the transition to Customer Success.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, resource efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing customer-facing software implementations, onboarding, or technical delivery projects in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and managing competing priorities.
• Ability to understand software integrations, technical requirements, and implementation dependencies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage project risks, negotiate scope, and make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing healthcare software, including Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platforms.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, laboratory instrument interfaces, or healthcare data integrations.
• Experience working with clinical laboratories or laboratory operations.
• Background in a growing SaaS organization where processes and delivery frameworks are evolving.
