Responsibilities include:

  1. Configuring and deploying ERP software to meet client needs.
  2. Training users to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
  3. Assisting with data migration, system integration, and testing.
  4. Analyzing customer workflows and recommending software optimizations.
  5. Ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Implementation & Training

  • Configure and deploy ERP software to meet client needs.
  • Train users for successful adoption.
  • Assist with data migration, system integration, and testing.
  • Analyze workflows and recommend optimizations.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets.

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

  • Investigate, track, and resolve software issues for on-premises and cloud applications.
  • Provide support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for complex issues.
  • Document issues and update knowledge base articles.
  • Support product releases and provide feedback to R&D.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2+ years in customer support, implementation, or similar roles.
  • Understanding of ERP software, preferably local government solutions.
  • Proficiency in on-premises and cloud applications.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex software issues.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to travel across North America.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CitySuite ERP or similar.
  • Familiarity with TeamSupport, ClickUp, Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
