Responsibilities include :
- Configure and deploy ERP software to meet client needs.
- Train users to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
- Assist with data migration, system integration, and testing.
- Analyze customer workflows and recommend software optimizations.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Additional Responsibilities :
- Investigate, track, and resolve software issues for both on-premises and cloud applications.
- Provide timely support via phone, email, and chat.
- Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams.
- Document issues, update knowledge bases, and improve support processes.
- Work with Account Management to identify opportunities for additional solutions.
- Support product releases by coordinating with teams.
- Provide feedback to R&D on bugs, enhancements, and client requests.
Qualifications & Experience :
- 2+ years in customer support, implementation, or related client-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of ERP software (local government experience preferred).
- Technical proficiency in on-premises and cloud applications.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to travel across North America.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with CitySuite ERP or similar solutions.
- Familiarity with TeamSupport, ClickUp, Microsoft Teams.
- Experience in virtual / cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of SQL databases and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
