A prominent insurance company in Mississauga is seeking an Implementation Analyst for a contract position focused on finance transformation. Reporting to the Snr Manager, Finance Modernization and Continuous Improvement, this is primarily a business‑facing role that also collaborates with cross‑functional teams such as Project Management Office (PMO), Technology Support (TS), Enterprise Change Enablement (ECE), Human Resources (HR), Data Governance (EDO), Advanced Analytics (AA) and other business teams. You will focus on capture, translation and impact analysis of business requirements for finance stakeholders as part of program enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives within Google Cloud Analytics Data platform, Oracle Insurance Data Foundation and Oracle ERP Cloud. As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you’ll use your financial and systems experience with data and reporting analysis to identify changes to operational processes within the financial close, and correlate these changes to other supporting business processes with recommendations for optimization. Flexibility to manage work activities within a hybrid arrangement and support remote work sessions is required.

High degree of proficiency with English required to service customers, both internal to the company and external, across Canada.
Salary Range: $76,200–$127,000
Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
