Qualifications
- Graduate of a CNO-approved Practical Nursing (PN) program.
- Currently registered as an RPN with good standing with CNO.
- Current BCLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Practice independently within the RPN scope and policies.
- Adjust clinical care plans according to patient needs.
- Monitor and document patient progress and care.
- Provide health education to patients and families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
