• Experience in clinical research, as a research assistant (preferred)

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily study operations including monitoring recruitment progress and participant retention, identifying strategies to enhance enrollment and efficiency, obtaining consent, and visit scheduling
• Ensure that all aspects of study are performed within ICH, GCP and Tri-Council guidelines, as well as SOPs
• Prepare research ethics submissions, maintain accurate records of REB approvals, and submit renewals and amendments as required
• Develop study data collection forms for implementation on REDCap or other related programs
• Develop study advertisement, promotional and instructional material for study participant recruitment
• Prepare and organize materials for patient follow up visits
• Maintain study related documents and databases ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Assist with blood sample collection as needed
• Collect and enter research data into REDCap and analyze data for abstracts/manuscripts
• Communicate study updates to the Translational Research Manager; attend bi-weekly lab meetings
• Contribute to study reports and meeting agendas
• Performs other related duties as required
