Job summary

AlphaSense is hiring an Associate, Customer & Product Support to join our global C&PS team. This role blends technical product knowledge with a strong customer-focus to maximize value from our market-leading platform.

You will be the first line of support, help escalate issues, train customers, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive improvements. A 65k–75k CAD base is offered with additional bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client/product support role.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to resolve complex problems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex issues simply.
• Willingness to learn and work in a globally distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Be first line of defense for complex inquiries and technical issues.
• Guide customers through features to maximize value.
• Identify FAQs to improve docs and in-app guidance.
• Collaborate on live training and manage chat sessions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot queries via email and live chats; lead support calls.
• Escalate to appropriate teams; maintain ongoing liaison with customers.
