Job summary

The Farley Foundation is seeking a Finance Officer to lead day-to-day bookkeeping, donation processing, and financial reporting. Based in Milton, Ontario, this hybrid role partners with the Manager, Community and Donor Relations, the Executive Director, and external auditors to support growth and compliance.

You will manage multi-platform donor data, prepare monthly reports, assist with budgeting, and coordinate the annual audit while driving process improvements in a small, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' bookkeeping or financial administration experience in charity/non-profit.
• Postsecondary education in Accounting or Business Administration; CPB preferred.
• Strong CRA compliance knowledge for registered charities and official receipt requisites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and bank reconciliations.
• Process donations via multiple platforms and manage donor records.
• Coordinate annual audit and support regulatory filings.
