Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field is an asset.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading across diverse audiences, formats and channels.
• Strong project management abilities and cross-functional collaboration.
• Resourceful, creative and takes initiative with organizational skills.
• Comfort with digital platforms and social media; interest in trends shaping culture.
• Genuine interest in global issues—children’s rights, girls’ equality and international development.

Aufgaben

• Assist with media materials: pitches, news releases, backgrounders, media briefs.
• Support media outreach tasks: research, media lists, pitch calendars.
• Draft briefing notes, Q&As, remarks and presentations.
• Coordinate internal and external communications resources and research.
• Provide scheduling, coordination, meetings and general administrative support; track KPIs and produce insights.
• Support events, partnerships, fundraising and youth engagement activities.
