Job summary

Bank of Montreal in Toronto is seeking a Strategy & Change professional to support program delivery across employee giving, community sponsorships, and related campaigns. You will coordinate vendor management, Benevity workflows, and grant processing to ensure timely and accurate results.

In this role you will align internal teams, develop performance reporting, and contribute to change management plans while maintaining governance and compliance across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field.
• Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports the management & execution of the assigned business/group program or project, including providing input to design, development & execution.
• Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
• Provides advice and guidance to assigned business/group on implementation of solutions.
• Helps determine business priorities and best sequence for execution of business/group strategy.
• Conducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.
• Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues.
• Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
