Reporting to the Manager, Immigration Services, the Immigration Assistant provides administrative support to the Immigration Consultant, facilitating immigration support and services for internationally trained physicians. Responsibilities include exercising judgment, accuracy, and organizational skills; acting as the primary contact for international applicants; compiling personal and immigration-related information; processing requests; organizing documents; handling correspondence; maintaining data in MAP; and providing administrative support as needed.

Long-term, full-time; 75 hours bi-weekly
$24.26 - $30.32 hourly
$47,305 - $59,131 annually
